Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

Bugzapperlamps will honour all statutory guarantees that our products are of acceptable quality (including that they are fit for purpose).

All Bugzapperlamp products are guaranteed against defects under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.

If your product fails to perform satisfactorily because of defects in material or workmanship, it will be replaced free of charge.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. Bugzapperlamps operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST.

 DELIVERY

We will only deliver products ordered through the bugzapperlamps.com.au site to a location where we provide delivery services. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, containing tracking details for the delivery.

All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays, Bugzapperlamps operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. We are unable to accept a cancellation after product(s) are shipped.

You may return product(s) purchased within 30 days of delivery for exchange or credit if you are not 100% satisfied. We do not refund for change of mind purchases. Return freight is at the sender’s expense. Original freight cost is not refundable.

If you receive a product that is damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please notify us promptly. If you return a product because you believe to be defective, but we find that the product is in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product, it will be returned to you.

You are responsible for all costs associated with return of the product to us and we will not pay or reimburse any associated costs. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit. Any returned product(s) must be in original condition in their original packaging.  This includes any boxes, product manuals, spare parts etc. If a product is not returned to us in the original unopened packaging, it may be returned to you at your cost.

Method of refund will be in the same format as payment was made.
